**Eligibility:**

1. The Shear Flow Informational Survey Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are over 21 years of age and are life sciences professionals employed in the United States.
2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of employees of Cell Microsystems and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
3. Participants must provide a valid and relevant business email address to be eligible for the Giveaway.

**Participation:**

1. The Giveaway period begins on May 28 and ends on June 7 or when the first 50 surveys have been completed by eligible participants, whichever comes first.
2. To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the Cell Microsystems survey in its entirety and submit their responses during the Giveaway period.
3. The first 50 eligible participants who complete the survey will each receive a $25 Amazon gift card.

**Gift Card Distribution:**

1. The first 50 eligible participants who meet all the criteria will be notified via the provided business email address within 14 days after the Giveaway period ends.
2. The Amazon gift card will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the participant.
3. The gift card is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

**Privacy:**

1. Personal information collected during the survey and Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
2. By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the stated purpose.

**General Terms:**

1. Cell Microsystems reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
2. Cell Microsystems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
3. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Cell Microsystems and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the gift card.
