BioFlux Controller Options

Allows running the system with controlled gas (e.g., 5% CO2) rather than ambient. Ideal for long-term culture in incubator conditions and for studying conditions such as hypoxia.

Allows 2 separate gas sources to be used to generate gas gradients or compare effects of different gas conditions on cell function.
Dual gas bioflux
An oxygen gradient within a microfluidic channel created using BioFlux dual gas control and a 24-well plate.

Provides the capability to mimic cardiovascular system flow. Pulse amplitude can be set from 0-200 dyn/cm² with a frequency range of 0-1.2 Hz (0-72 bpm). Download the pulsatile flow technical note to learn more.
