Enhance Cell Movement Assays

Cellular movement is exhibited by many cell types and is critical to normal immune function as well as cancer invasion. BioFlux 24-well plates are perfectly designed for physiologically relevant movement assays.

BioFlux shear flow systems provide several distinct advantages over movement and invasion assays conducted in well plates, including physiological flow (unidirectional, pulsatile, or oscillatory), straightforward imaging of the taxis process, and no need for artificial membranes. In addition, unlike do-it-yourself parallel plate flow chambers, BioFlux plates for cell movement do not require specialized assembly or intensive cleaning.
