CellRaft AIR
What types of cells have been cloned using the CellRaft AIR?
For a list of cell lines that we have successfully generated monoclonal cell lines from, click here. Don’t see your cell type? Don’t worry! Contact a lab services specialist to discuss your experimental requirements.
Can CellRaft AIR sort my tagged, edited population instead of using FACS?
Yes! Our CellRaftA microscale polystyrene growth surface within an array used to spatially segregate cells/colonies while maintaining shared media access, enabling imaging over time and targeted isolation. More Cytometry software can identify cells of interest using label-free brightfield analysis and fluorescence. Together, this allows us to select cells, monoclonal colonies, or organoids based on desired morphology and fluorescent phenotypes, including rare populations.
Can CellRaft AIR isolate single cells or organoids for nucleic acid isolation?
Yes! Lab services can work with you to design custom sequencing or -omics experiments and isolate your desired single cells, clones, or organoids for RNA or DNA extractions.
-
Increase your predictive power with custom organoid assays
Using CellRaft Technology, we can create custom, single organoid assay plates for downstream testing using organoids derived from adult stem cells, pluripotent stem cells, or patient-derived cancer organoids. -
Reproducible organoid assays
Using the CellRaft AIR, we can image and select single, spatially segregated organoids over time, monitoring growth and/or differentiation, including organoid diameter, shape, and dimensionality, reducing inter- and intra-assay variability. Let us help you design and execute reproducible organoid assays, including drug efficacy and toxicity studies using single organoids. We work with you to design endpoints based on your research goals, from viability and toxicity assays, ELISAs, and qPCR, or we can send cell lysate back to you for assessment in your own lab. -
Create edited, monoclonal organoid lines
The CellRaft Technology is uniquely suited for generating and verifying, via temporal imaging, monoclonal organoid propagation. We have successfully generated monoclonal organoids from a variety of samples. See application note
