Increasing Efficiency of CRISPR-edited Cell Line Development

Creating monoclonal CRISPR-edited cell lines can be a daunting task for many scientists, given the various limitations of using traditional methods. We understand the challenges and this webinar delves into overcoming these hurdles.

Presenter: Jessica Hartman, Ph.D.

Conventional cell sorting or single-cell dispensing requires large numbers of cells to find edits, and post-isolation cell viability and colony formation are often prohibitively low. This challenge largely arises from the inability of a single cell to “condition” its cell culture environment through secreted factors and cell-to-cell crosstalk.

Dr. Hartman shares invaluable insights, strategies, and case studies on:
• Faster development of CRISPR-edited cell lines
• Identification and isolation of clones derived from rare cells
• Generation of CRISPR KO and KI stem cell lines
• Automated isolation of hundreds of CRISPR-edited clones

At the end, there is an engaging Q&A session with the attendees.
