Publication: Assessment of chemotherapeutic effects on cancer cells using adhesion noise spectroscopy

Among all types of cancer, colorectal cancer (CRC) represents 10% of new cases and is the second cause of cancer death worldwide. This group of investigators used the CASY cell counter and analyzer to assess the viability of HT-29 and non-cancerous human dermal fibroblasts without labeling. The group was able to use the CASY to help develop a label-free, non-invasive fast electrical imaging technique to complement standardized cancer screening methods.
